KJFEM Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in the commercial cleaning sector. If you're passionate about closing deals, building client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions, this role is your next big opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare quotations, costing breakdowns, and sales orders with precision and speed.
- Follow up on leads and proposals - engaging both clients and internal teams to move deals forward.
- Manage repeat orders and client communications via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Compile sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold outreach and digital channels.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, space layouts, and service scope.
- Set up sales meetings (in-person or virtual) that showcase our cleaning solutions and address client pain points.
What You Bring:
- Experience with sales software and cloud-based file sharing tools.
- Confidence in cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Strong coordination skills across internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Resourceful in using search engines and AI tools for research and prospecting.
Prior exposure to the commercial cleaning or service industry is a strong advantage
