Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a global container shipping company who is looking for a Commercial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Head in shaping and executing regional commercial strategies
- Monitor and analyze country-level commercial performance on a regular basis
- Partner with agencies to drive strategic growth in both inbound and outbound business
- Identify challenges in underperforming markets and provide coaching through standardized sales processes and well-defined KPIs
- Explore and develop new business opportunities across OSRO countries, including innovative service offerings aligned with market demand
- Enhance agencies sales capabilities, with a focus on market intelligence and data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the development of the annual commercial budget
- Co-lead regional projects as required
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Travel frequently to engage with agencies across the region
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant shipping experience
- Good understanding of the markets within the region (Especially South East Asia and Oceania)
- Able to communicate well with senior stakeholders
- Willing to travel when required
