Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on business development initiatives to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.
- Manage endtoend client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
- Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.
- Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
- Operations support:
- Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, website updates, research, or assisting with marketing initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
- A resourceful and adaptable approach, thriving in a startup environment with a passion for problem-solving.
- Possess a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and take up new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (Not required but good to have)
- 1 to 2 years of working experience involved in commodities or related roles, preferably within physical and precious metals.
- Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Python, or similar) to assist with website or system-related tasks.
- Interest or familiarity with the precious metals industry (training will be provided).
- Background in driving business development and supporting new initiatives
- Experience with process documentation or operational workflows.
- Availability to start immediately preferred
