Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist, based in Central part of Singapore. The role involves managing debt collection activities, ensuring timely cash collection, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Responsibilities include resolving payment disputes, developing effective payment plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance, including understanding billing and payment processing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Prior experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar finance-related role is preferred
