Collection Point Acquisition Executive, SPX Express (1-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pool and network of SPX collection points
• On-ground hunting for partnerships
• Reaching out to identified leads and pitching the SPX program
• Managing the full acquisition cycle - including lead generation, contract signing, and coordination of point of sale material delivery (POSM)
• To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX's long term partners
• Monitor collection points performance by areas to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with a specialisation in Business or Supply Chain Management

• Prior experience in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry is required

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Sales

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships

• Willingness to travel for periodic partner visits and on-site assessments
