COLDROOM ASSISTANT (FULFILMENT & OPERATIONS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Toko Warisan is strengthening our backend operations to support our growing retail and e-commerce channels across Singapore. We are looking for a Coldroom Assistant (Fulfilment & Operations) to be based at our coldroom/warehouse facility.

This role focuses on handling frozen inventory, preparing online orders, and fulfilling outlet stock requirements, ensuring all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

This is a hands-on and structured role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a coldroom environment and take pride in maintaining smooth operational flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coldroom & Fulfilment Operations

.Picking, packing, and preparing online (e-commerce) orders accurately and on time

.Fulfilling and preparing outlet replenishment orders for scheduled deliveries

.Ensuring all items picked match order requirements (quantity, product type, condition)

.Packing goods securely to maintain product quality, especially frozen items

Inventory & Stock Handling

.Receiving incoming goods, conducting physical checks, and verifying quantities

.Organising and storing inventory according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices

.Performing stock replenishment, expiry checks, and basic stock-taking

.Reporting discrepancies, damages, or low stock to the supervisor

Coldroom Management

.Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the coldroom

.Ensuring proper handling of frozen products to maintain quality and compliance

.Following safety procedures when working in cold storage conditions

Online Operations Support

.Ensuring all online orders are processed within the required timeline

.Coordinating with the e-commerce team on order status, shortages, or issues

.Supporting smooth daily operations for order fulfilment and dispatch readiness

General Duties

.Supporting overall warehouse/coldroom operations when required

.Assisting team members to ensure daily fulfilment targets are met

.Any other duties assigned by the Operations or Warehouse Supervisor

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

.Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg

.Comfortable working in a coldroom/freezer environment

.Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

.Able to work independently and as part of a team

.Good time management and able to meet daily fulfilment timelines

.Willing to work on Sunday, PH and overtime

REQUIREMENTS

.Must have 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment operations preferred

.Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment is an advantage

.Secondary education and above

.Basic understanding of inventory handling (FIFO, stock control)

GOOD TO HAVE

.Experience handling frozen or cold storage products

.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or basic MS Office

.Prior experience in retail fulfilment or grocery operations
