Requirements
Education: Minimum O Levels, though many roles in 2026 require a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: Typically 1 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the cold chain or food industry.
Physical Fitness: Must be able to withstand cold environments (e.g., -20C to 10C) for long periods and lift heavy loads ranging from 20kg to 30kg.
