Our coffee manufacturing business was founded in Singapore in 1961 and has been producing traditional Nanyang coffee for more than 60 years.
Today, we are one of Singapore's leading Nanyang coffee manufacturers, with approximately 25% market share in the traditional coffee sector.
Over the past 10 years, we have invested close to SGD 8 million to modernise our production facilities, transforming a traditional coffee roasting factory into a highly automated operation with approximately 90% automation.
This has made our facility one of the most modern Nanyang coffee manufacturing operations in the region.
We are now developing the next generation of production leaders within our company.
We are looking for a hands-on Coffee Roasting Supervisor to join our production team in Singapore.
This role is designed for someone with roasting experience who is interested in developing into a future Assistant Production Manager.
You will work closely with our production manager and gain experience in managing roasting operations, production workflow, and factory systems.
As part of the production leadership track, the candidate should be committed to supporting factory operations and ensuring smooth production processes.
. Manage daily coffee roasting operations
. Operate roasting machines and supporting equipment
. Monitor roasting profiles to maintain product quality and consistency
. Supervise daily production workflow
. Maintain factory hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
. Assist in troubleshooting machinery and production issues
. Participate actively in hands-on daily production work
. University degree preferred
. Minimum 2 years of coffee roasting experience preferred
. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor, or Manager.
. Interest in machinery and manufacturing systems
. Willing to work hands-on in a factory environment
. Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn
. Supervisory experience is an advantage
. Passion for coffee production and quality control
. Willing to support factory operations outside normal working hours when required
. Standard working schedule: 6 days per week
. Estimated working hours: approximately 60-72 hours per week
