Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new B2B clients (cafs, restaurants, hotels, offices, distributors)
  • Promote and sell coffee beans, machines, and related products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (F&B / coffee industry preferred)
  • Strong interest in coffee products and industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to conduct client meetings and business presentations
  • Proficiency in English Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
