Job scope and responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Collection of payments using cash registers and other payment methods.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including Nanyang Kopi and Teh beverages etc.
- Prepare and serve Nanyang toast and half-boiled eggs.
- Ensure food and beverages are according to recipes, preparation methods and customer preferences that meet quality standards.
- Serve the customers quickly and efficiently.
- Always ensure proper food handling and cleanliness of workspace.
- Always ensure stock levels of coffee/tea, replenishing if necessary.
Requirements:
- Have relevant experience in coffee making or in a similar role will be preferred.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and good services
- Work diligently
- Willingness to learn
- Able to stand for long
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
