Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out mold and robot setting, trouble-shooting of Nano optical lens molding and Nano insert moulding defects, provide technical support
- Develop, optimize, and improve plastic manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet quality standards. This involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to streamline production
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plastic manufacturing processes, equipment malfunctions, material defects, and quality deviations. Develop and implement solutions to address problems and prevent recurrence
- Document manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications
- Assist in technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations
- Monitor manufacturing variances so that problem solving, and improvement opportunities are identified
- Provide timely resolution of product, process and equipment problems in the form of creative short-and long-term solutions
- Assist in development, testing and improving manufacturing processes for new and existing products that optimize operation, reduce product variability and increase yields
- Assist in planning, coordinating, developing, and executing test protocols, experiments, process characterization and process validations (IQ,0Q,PQ) on new and revised products and processes
- Assist in writing and updating standard operating procedures and other documentations required
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Experience with PLC or thin film coating machines
