Job Description:
- Lead group training sessions/classes (e.g. Move, Perform, Sweat) and deliver coaching with high energy, proper technique demonstration, and modifications for different fitness levels.
- Conduct warmups, cool downs, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide personalised feedback and encouragement to members, helping them improve form and performance.
- Assist in member onboarding, including explaining the REVL methodology, class formats, and helping them get started.
- Maintain cleanliness, set up and manage equipment for classes.
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive studio culture engage with members outside class (e.g. events, community outreach).
- Work with other trainers/studio management to ensure class schedules, member feedback, and operational tasks are handled
- Help to retain members and encourage member sign up
- Attend seminars, conferences, training meetings and other business functions from time to time
Requirements/Qualifications:
- ACE/NASM/NCSF-Certified
- CPR+AED-Certified
- Experience in strength & conditioning, and has the ability to coach group classes.
- Strong communication skills, able to motivate, teach and relate to people with varying fitness levels.
- Passion for fitness, professionalism, reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, weekends).
