Co-Founding Audit Partner

Yu Young Consulting is a Singapore-licensed corporate services and filing agent with a strong footprint in Singapore–China cross-border compliance. We currently serve 350+ corporate clients, including 40+ Chinese listed companies and their overseas group entities, supporting their Singapore and Southeast Asia operations.

With sustained demand from our existing client base, we are seeking a qualified Public Accountant (ISCA Practising Member) to co-found and lead an independent audit firm in Singapore.

The Opportunity

This is a partner-level role, designed for a Public Accountant who wishes to build an audit practice with a ready and high-quality client pipeline.

• You will perform statutory audits and sign audit reports as the Practising Audit Partner

• Yu Young Consulting will jointly support sales, marketing, and client development for audit engagements

• Access to an established base of 40+ Chinese listed companies / group companies requiring Singapore audit and compliance support

• Long-term partnership and profit-sharing structure, aligned with professional independence and ACRA requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• Public Accountant (Singapore) and Practising Member of ISCA

• Eligible to sign audit reports under Singapore regulations

• Strong technical grounding in Singapore audit and financial reporting standards

• Comfortable engaging China-headquartered listed companies and group CFOs

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling an audit practice
