LOOKING FOR CO-FOUNDER WITH INVESTMENT — SINGAPORE

We are building ZorianPay, a next-generation fintech and digital-asset payment platform, and we are looking for a Singapore-based Co-Founder who is ready to invest and build with us.

Fintech / Payments / Banking Experience
Execution & Leadership
International Expansion Capability

What we're building

ZorianPay is creating infrastructure that connects digital assets with real-world payments.

Customer scans QR → Pays with crypto/stablecoin → ZorianPay processes the payment → Merchant receives local currency settlement.

Alongside merchant QR payments, our ecosystem includes:

• Multi-currency accounts
• Digital-asset wallets
• Crypto-to-fiat infrastructure
• P2P payments
• Cross-border payments
• Crypto-linked cards
• Swap infrastructure
• KYC/AML-enabled onboarding
• Merchant payment infrastructure

INITIAL INVESTMENT

We are looking for a Co-Founder who can contribute strategic investment toward our Singapore launch and growth.

The investment will support:

• Singapore setup & regulatory/compliance work
• Product & technology
• Payment and card partnerships
• Security infrastructure
• Merchant acquisition
• APAC market launch
• Initial operating team

WHAT YOU GET

This is a founding-level position with equity participation, not an employment role.

The right person will have the opportunity to participate in:

Strategy → Ownership → Product → Partnerships → Revenue → International Expansion

Investment, equity and responsibilities will be structured transparently based on the co-founder's capital contribution, experience, network and level of involvement.
