CNC PROGRAMMER

• Set up, adjust and operate CNC machines and precision tools
• Fabricate machine parts according to required specifications
• Prepare and arrange materials for fabrication
• Deburr and polish fabricated parts after machining
• Conduct QC checks on materials and fabricated parts
• Able to use GibbsCAM or Mastercam software
• Create CNC Programs for horizontal and vertical Milling operations. (Fanuc Control)
• Conduct good housekeeping and ensure safe working environment in the production area and workshop
• Perform other technical duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• With working experience in precision, manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Knowledge and experience in CNC programming, specifically with mills and lathes (3-axis or 5-axis)
• Able to work overtime when required
