Job Description

  • Perform CNC programming for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification.
  • Perform CNC milling & lathe programming and setting of CNC machines.
  • Check materials and tools required to perform programming.
  • Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc) according to materials and tools selection in order to achieve optimum speed.
  • Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
  • Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
