CNC Programmer

Job Description:

. Production Planning, Tool Planning, 2D and 3D CNC Millig/ Turning

. Examines the need for training and providing on the job training

. Check machines and inform to maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance

. Inspection the jobs in process (various stage) and final stage product

. Ensure maximum utilisation of manpower, machines and materials

. Ensure proper unit and efficiency to meet delivery schedules

. Supervise and maintain control of the unit activities

. Provide training and guidance to lead and operate

. Managing documents related to machining

. May require additional or special ours to support production

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Nitec in Precision engineering

. Able to work under pressure independently & as a team to meet tight deadlines

. Highly motivated self-starter with good organizational, interpersonal and communications (written and oral)skills

. Process initiative, high energy level and proactive mindset

. Willing to hand-on manufacturing/ production process

. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Fanuc, Siemens control is mandatory
