Job Responsibilities

• Set up milling machines (manual or CNC)
• Install and secure cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Select correct cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
• Quality Control
• Documentation
• Maintenance & troubleshooting

Skills Required

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
