CNC Machinist

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating of multi-axis CNC machining centre and input the programs as designed.

- Possess working knowledge of cutting tools including speeds, cutting feed and clamping devices

- Perform daily maintenance on machines to ensure machine operates safely and complete quantity parts according to drawing instruction

- Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deliverable commitments

- Loading and setting up of parts

- Studies & interpret drawing sequence of operation and set up requirement

- Inspection of parts to ensure meets visual & dimensional requirement

- Perform basic preventive & maintenance of machine

- Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge Required:

Trained or experienced in performing specified duties.
