Requirements
- Minimum higher NiTEC / Diploma (or equivalent) in CNC or mechanical engineering discipline
- Existing working knowledge of programming and operating Mazak machines
- Multi discipline CNC Turning and Milling operations
Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Set-up machine and tooling
- Generate manually G-code program (Mazatrol) according to the drawings
- Perform First Article Inspection on finished work piece
- Carry out machine maintenance
The following skills or work experience would be an advantage
- Hands on knowledge working with stainless steels, special alloys
- Machined various fittings, fasteners, flanges
- Basic knowledge and experience with 5 axis VMC (Mazak)
- Program G-code using SolidCAM
Working Hours (5.5 Days)
- Mon to Fri (7.30am to 4.30pm)
- Sat (8.00am to 12.00pm)
- Overtime may be required.
