Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Precision Machining Specialist, where your expertise in CNC operations and commitment to quality will play a vital role in producing high-quality components.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathes to execute machining processes according to manufacturing orders and specifications. Monitor initial runs, perform inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and blueprints. Provide guidance and training to junior machinists, fostering skill development and best practices. Engage in continuous programming improvements to enhance CNC machining efficiency and reduce cycle times. Conduct monthly maintenance checks on machines, identifying and reporting faults promptly. Plan machining activities by analyzing work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Precision Machining or possess a Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in machining metal and plastic products. Familiarity with CNC programming is advantageous.
