The company operatesadvanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and canoverhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testingfacility that ensures efficient turnaround times.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machining Specialist to support the repair and restoration of aircraft engine cases and components within a high-precision aerospace MRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support programming of 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Perform contour milling, drilling, boring, and thread repair operations
• Machine complex engine case features including flanges, bosses, seal lands, and bearing housings
• Support machine setup, validation, and commissioning activities
• Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings and OEM repair schemes
• Maintain machining quality and process documentation
• Support continuous improvement and lean repair cell operations

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent in machining or mechanical engineering
• CNC programming and operation certification for 5-axis machining
• Experience with Mastercam, Siemens NX, or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of aerospace CNC machining experience
• Experience repairing or machining aero engine components
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials including titanium and Inconel
• Familiarity with precision inspection tools such as CMM and Faro arm
