To operate, set up, and maintain CNC Turning and/or Milling machines to produce high precision parts that meet engineering and quality standards. This role is essential in supporting production targets, on-time delivery, and machining quality. Senior Machinists and appointed Shift Leads will hold additional responsibilities related to programming, troubleshooting, and leadership in a rotating shift system.

Required Competencies
- Skilled in set-up and operating CNC Turning and/or Milling machines independently
- Turning Machines: Familiar with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls with C-axis
- Milling Machines: Familiar with 3+1, 3+2 axis machines. With 5 axis knowledge will be advantageous.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T
- Proficient in the use of calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and micrometers
- Basic understanding of ERP recording and traveler-based workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC machining set-up
- NITEC/ITE or equivalent in Precision Engineering or Mechanical Technology
- Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English
- Aerospace, oil & gas, or high spec / precision manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems an advantage
