Production Operator

To operate CNC Turning and/or Milling machines by loading and unloading workpieces, ensuring stable production, and performing deburring and finishing operations. Operators support production flow and on-time delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards. Senior Operators may take on additional responsibilities in scheduling backends activities, tool changes, basic offset management, and in-process inspection when proven competent.

Job Description

• Deburring (machined parts) & Surface Finishing

• Machine Operation (Loading/ Unloading)

• Basic Visual & Dimensional Checks during production

• Documentation & Tracking (Update Traveler & ERP system)

• Preventive Maintenance & Work Safety

Qualifications

• Minimum primary school or ITE/NITEC certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in a machining environment preferred
• Ability to read basic part drawings is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
