CNC Machinist

1. Comply to company's safety and health regulations, and policy.

2. Interpret technical drawings and produce the product accordingly.

3. Perform program/changed in the CNC machine when required.

4. Perform product finishing using Gun drill and Milling machine inclusive of:

• Thermowell (flange and track) to drill the fitting and hole
• Tapping track

5. Perform Hydrotest on finished product.

6. Perform engraving of the manufactured information (e.g.: material used) onto the finished product using the Punching machine.

7. Perform grinding and polishing

8. Perform engineering related jobs such as multiple point sensor and chamber.

9. Perform in-process inspection on machining parts using available equipment.

10. Responsible to maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.

11. Initiate and suggest continuous improvement ideas to improve process, productivity and quality.

12. Must be proficient in manual programme using G-code for variety of designs and materials.

13. Perform work related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
