Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and coordinate events to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor equipment functionality and inventory levels, taking timely action to maintain operational readiness
- Oversee ordering processes and control inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Address guest complaints, enquiries, and feedback promptly to enhance customer experience
- Build and maintain positive guest relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Train and supervise team members to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity
- Conduct regular briefings to keep the food and beverage team informed of hotel updates and activities
- Prepare and submit management reports accurately and on time
- Enforce workplace safety and health regulations by training all staff on WSH practices and ensuring compliance
