Key Responsibilities:
A. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
a) Serve as the primary liaison with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOH, NEA).
b) Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and audit requirements across clinics.
c) Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for clinic operations, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
d) Oversee accurate and timely submission of Medisave and CHAS claims ensure readiness for related audits.
e) Maintain proactive communication with external stakeholders including auditors, vendors, and contractors to support operations and compliance.
B. Equipment and Facilities (E&F)
a) Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all clinic facilities and equipment.
b) Coordinate and recommend repairs, preventive maintenance, and necessary upgrades.
c) Consolidate reports from team members regarding facilities and equipment issues of each clinic.
d) Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute timely repair and maintenance works.
C. Clinic Operations Management
a) Ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and systems
b) Manage and develop staff performance through coaching, training, performance, review, and corrective actions where necessary.
c) Lead, mentor, and supervise clinic team and direct reports to maintain high service and professional standards.
d) Maintain open communication between HQ and clinic teams to align objectives and improve clinic operations.
e) Work in partnership with dental professionals to ensure consistent delivery of safe and quality patient care.

g) Oversee clinic-level accounting processes, including bank deposits, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable tracking.
h) Analyse operational and financial data to support informed decision-making and process improvements.
i) Manage clinic rosters and manpower planning within budgetary constraints.
j) Provide operational coverage and on-site support during staffing shortages or critical operational issues.
k) Assist in setting and achieving performance targets related to financial, operational, and quality metrics.
l) Oversee patient feedback channels and ensure timely resolution of service issues to improve patient satisfaction.
m) Manage procurement and inventory processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supply availability.
n) Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the CEO.
