• Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise gym staff, motivating them to hit bold performance goals through regular team meetings and reviews.

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to crush membership sales targets, conduct engaging gym tours, and manage retention efforts.

• Elevate the Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly address inquiries, and organize exciting promotions to build strong community relationships.

• Command the Space: Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized facility, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and equipment is kept in peak working order.

• Run the Engine: Seamlessly handle daily operations, from member billing and supply inventory to preparing reports on key performance indicators.

Who You Are

• An experienced manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ideally within the fitness industry.

• A natural salesperson with a knack for delivering top-tier customer service and inspiring a team.

• Knowledgeable about fitness training principles and facility equipment.

• Flexible and ready to lead from the front, including during evenings and weekends.

• CPR/AED certified, which is considered a strong plus.
