We are looking for an energetic, driven and people-oriented Management Trainee who wants to build a career in fitness, business and leadership.

You do not need to already be an experienced manager.

What matters more to us is your attitude, willingness to learn, ability to connect with people and desire to take ownership.

Through this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to how an Anytime Fitness club is operated and grown from membership sales and member retention to team leadership, personal training development, marketing and daily club operations.

Our goal is to develop suitable Management Trainees into future Club Managers and business leaders as our operations continue to grow.

This is not a passive front-desk role. You will be expected to learn quickly, engage members, contribute to sales, solve problems and gradually take greater ownership of the club.

What You Will Be Involved In

. Membership sales and lead follow-up

. Member engagement and retention

. Daily club operations and facility standards

. Local marketing and community outreach

. Staff coordination and team support

. Performance tracking and reporting

. Recruitment, onboarding and people management exposure

As you develop, you will gradually progress from supporting these areas to independently managing them.

What We Are Looking For

. Strong interest in fitness, business, sales or people management

. Confident speaking with new people and building relationships

. Comfortable working towards sales and performance targets

. Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership

. Open to feedback and eager to learn

. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

. Positive, energetic and solution-oriented

. Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, social media and digital systems

. Willing to work flexible hours, including selected weekends and public holidays when operationally required

Previous management experience isnot required.

Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, sports, marketing or F&B will be an advantage.

Fitness qualifications are welcome but not compulsory.
