The Role: Freelance Community & Events Lead in Singapore

Were looking for a people-first community & event leads to run one Club 8K event each quarter and help grow our local sales network in between meetups.

What youll do

• Plan and host one Club 8K meetup per quarter in Singapore: venue, speakers/partners, logistics, guest experience.
• Promote events on LinkedIn/Instagram and coordinate RSVPs.
• Keep a warm list of potential members, speakers, and partners; do light outreach between events.
• Share simple post-event wrap-ups and metrics (attendance, feedback, leads).

What were looking for

• Singapore-based, friendly, reliable, and organised.
• Some experience with events, communities, partnerships, or hospitality.
• Genuine interest in B2B sales and growing with a young company.
• Comfortable posting short social updates and reels; Canva or basic video skills are a plus.
• Able to host evening events.
