Cloud Support Engineer

About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing cloud-native software company specializing in Kubernetes, container platforms, and DevOps solutions.

They work with leading enterprise clients across APAC, including major financial institutions, delivering scalable and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, guidance and training during product trials and implementation
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with sales on solution design
• Prepare technical documents (proposals, implementation plans, reports)
• Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D
• Participate in technical workshops, demos, and partner collaboration
• Handle ticketing and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ year experience in IT / cloud / internet-related roles
• Familiar with cloud computing technologies

Preferred:

• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, or DevOps
• Experience in technical support, implementation, or operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
