Our client is a fast-growing cloud-native technology company, founded by core members of the Microsoft Azure team. They specialise in enterprise Kubernetes platforms and have supported 500+ large organisations across finance, telecom, energy and government sectors.
About the Role
This role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting enterprise cloud-native platforms built on Kubernetes. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, ensure platform stability, and act as a key bridge between users and the China engineering team. The core objective is to ensure the operational stability of the customer platform, with no high-intensity urgent incident tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site guidance and training for customers product trial, help customers to solve technical problems, become a bridge of technical communication between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver solutions, and provide post-sales technical support.
- Collect and sort out customer and market demand to provide more accurate and timely information for back-end product research and development.
- Carry out technical exchange and cooperation with partners.
- Handle customer issue ticket.
Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure support roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes (K8s)
- Docker
- Experience in troubleshooting / support / operations in production environments
- Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies and related enterprise products.
- Candidates with post-sales, operation and maintenance or project delivery in medium/large cloud-native projects (e.g., K8s-based PAAS platforms) are preferred
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei, AliCloud or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (to support regional stakeholders from China)
Required Skills
- Experience in SRE / incident management / on-call environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, microservices, or container platforms
- Certifications such as CKA / CKAD
- Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale systems
