Cloud Operations (Team Lead)

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations professional to lead a team comprising of engineers, system administrators, Endpoint Administrators and Cloud SysOps Engineers. This individual will be responsible for driving the smooth cloud operations on the AWS platform covering areas such as, vulnerability management, change management, incident management, problem management etc.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee operations related to vulnerabilities,security and patch management.

. Be the key contact person for customers concerning operational issues.

. Adopt a proactive approach to address incidents,tasks, daily events and problems to facilitate prompt action
so as to minimise impact on operations.

. Ensure even delegation of workload assigned to each team members

. Coach and guidance team members to facilitate optimum level of excellemce.

. Be the lead to initiate active discussions with OEMs, Cloud Service Providers etc.

. Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

. At least 5 years or above experience in Cloud Operations.

. In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud and ITSM frameworks such as, ITIL.

. Well versed with IT security and compliance requirements.

. Conversant with enterprise applications such as,NetBackup, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Symantec Endpoint
Protection, Tenable etc.

. Strong technical competency in one or more domains such as, Networking, End Users Computing,
Cybersecurity, System Administration,Business Continuity, MS Active Directory & IAM.
