Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls, antivirus, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Incident Response: Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving security incidents provide first-level troubleshooting and documentation.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with technology vendors for escalations as needed.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch management, and mitigation.
- Security Audits: Support audits by preparing logs, reports, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams, network engineers, and stakeholders to implement security measures.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security procedures, incidents, and system status.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions preferred (e.g., CISSP).
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations.
- Experience leading a team of engineers.
- Team leadership for Day 1 and Day 2 cybersecurity operations.
- Experience in cybersecurity domains such as Endpoint Protection, Network Security, or IAM.
- Advantageous: Operational experience in Container Security and Key Management.
