We are looking for a motivated Cloud Engineer to support both project delivery and ongoing maintenance services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a hands-on technical environment spanning cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and end-user computing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud and on-premises solutions as part of enterprise IT infrastructure projects
- Automate cloud and system operations through scripting and contribute to continuous improvement of cloud and hybrid solutions
- Participate in the setup and demonstration of cloud solutions, including Proof of Concepts for customers
- Administer and maintain servers across virtual and cloud platforms
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of systems across hybrid infrastructure environments
- Provide maintenance and support services for customer environments, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint solutions for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and system-related issues in a timely manner
- Support project documentation, handover, and basic training where required
- Work closely with internal team members and vendors to deliver projects successfully
Requirements
- At least a Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in an IT-related field Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience fresh graduates from Polytechnic, ITE, or University are welcome
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, systems, and networking concepts
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced system integrator environment
- Good problem-solving skills and a responsible working attitude
Technical Skills (Plus Points)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure (Azure Virtual Desktop / AVD)
- Experience with Hybrid Infrastructure environments (on-prem + cloud integration)
- Exposure to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (e.g. Omnissa Horizon / Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g. Workspace ONE, Intune)
- Experience with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority)
