System Application Operation and Administration in Cloud - Application deployment - User access control matrix review - Log reviews - Audit reviews - Documentation - Configuration management - Performance monitoring - Maintenance of UAT & Production Environment
Collaborate with IT security consultant and perform regular system security /application fixing/patches on a timely basis.
Perform incident investigation and resolution, and root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for capacity and availability management.
Monitor IT tickets and provide appropriate resolution on a timely basis.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
Experience with cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and native services.
Familiar with Linux/Unix and/or Microsoft Windows Server command line tools
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Proficiency with automation & configuration management tools.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/IAC frameworks is a plus.
Working knowledge of DevOps software development tools and methodologies is an advantage.
Applicants with programming experience are preferred
Able to work after office hours depending on project needs.
