Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage global cloud environments across multiple platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
- Provide operational support for cloud-related tools and SaaS platforms (e.g., CDN, DNS, SMTP services).
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions and processes.
- Participate in global and regional cloud projects, including implementation and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery and operational support.
- Conduct regular reviews of cloud operations and recommend improvements.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and support audit activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations and project implementation.
- Experience supporting multi-cloud environments, primarily:Google Cloud Platform (Primary)Microsoft Azure (Secondary)Alibaba Cloud (Secondary)
