Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Cloud Engineer based in Singapore, allowing some work to be done remotely. The Cloud Engineer will manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, optimize cloud services, implement secure computing environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable cloud solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring infrastructure performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and programming skills to create and deploy efficient and reliable solutions.
- Experience with Infrastructure design and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Solid understanding of Cloud Computing platforms and services, capable of deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
- Competence with Linux operating systems and their integration in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Databases, including implementation, management, and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with security protocols to protect data and systems in the cloud.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, along with relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
