We are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and automating cloud infrastructure, building scalable deployment pipelines, and ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations. This role requires hands-on experience in regulated cloud environments, particularly Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC & GCC+).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless and automated deployments.
- Create and manage scripts, playbooks, and workflows for infrastructure and application orchestration.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, especially within GCC, GCC+, and SHIP-HAT frameworks.
- Utilise Jira and automated testing tools to track, monitor, and improve deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance DevOps practices and delivery efficiency.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Cloud DevOps or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with scripting, workflow orchestration, and automation pipelines.
- Practical experience with Jira and automated testing frameworks.
- Mandatory experience working in Singapore Government cloud environments (GCC, GCC+).
- Familiarity with SHIP-HAT tools.
- Proven expertise in modern infrastructure management and DevOps methodologies.
- Certifications in AWS, Terraform, or DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
