Job Description:
Cloud-Native Architecture Adoption
- Lead and govern bank application migration of legacy on-premises workloads to cloud platforms, including application, data, and infrastructure modernization.
- Assess migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-factor, retire) with full consideration of regulatory, security, and operational risks.
- Define and promote cloud-native architecture patterns (e.g. event-driven, managed services, aligned with banking security and compliance standards.
Operational Resilience & Service Continuity
- Evaluate suitability of PaaS, IaaS and SaaS solutions to reduce operational overhead while maintaining resiliency, auditability, and control.
- Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and service continuity during and after migration from on-premises environments.
- Ensure bank's services RTO/RPO, monitoring, and incident response requirements are met for cloud-native and on-premise workloads.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
Stakeholder & Change Enablement
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure, and operations through cloud migration and adoption, providing clear architectural direction and best practices.
- Support change management by balancing innovation with operational stability in a regulated banking environment.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or anything equivalent.
- Minimum 8years in cloud architecture or cloud solution design within enterprise environments.
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
- Hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, risk management, and governance frameworks aligned to financial regulations.
