Clinician Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Clinician Assistant to enhance support in academic, research, and administrative functions. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to advancing healthcare and education in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of presentation slides, lectures, and educational materials for conferences and seminars. Conduct literature reviews and summarize medical journals to provide evidence-based support for clinical research. Collaborate on research projects, which includes data collection, data management, and manuscript preparation. Organise Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and academic conferences, overseeing scheduling and logistics. Prepare clinical reports and other documentation as necessary. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including hospitals and research collaborators. Facilitate administrative tasks, appointment coordination, and project monitoring for the clinician. Ensure the confidentiality of patient and research information while maintaining accurate records. Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as needed by the clinician.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognised institution. Strong enthusiasm for clinical research and medical education. Proficient in conducting literature reviews and preparing presentations.
