Aboutthe Role
Asa Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will be the clinical and technicalbridge between EPIC Medical and our clients, combining hands on field deployment of our automated compounding robot system with an ongoing clinical affairs contribution to our product development roadmap. The role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, client engagement, and product innovation, working closely with our commercial, engineering, and clinical teams to bring safe and effective automation into pharmacies.
This role is based in Singapore and suits an experienced pharmacist who is comfortable presenting to clinical stakeholders, confident navigating regional differences in compounding practice, and ready to grow in a fast paced, collaborative, and forward thinking environment.

KeyResponsibilities
. Deliver technical and clinical product demonstrations and pitches to qualified leads,in partnership with the Commercial team.
. Leadclinical product training and onboarding for client pharmacy staff during installation of the automated compounding robot system.
. Partner with client pharmacists to configure institution specific and region specific drug libraries.
. Provideon site verification, troubleshooting, and go live support during installation and commissioning.
. Travel regionally as required to support installations, at approximately 10 to 15% ofworking time.
. Serveas clinical subject matter expert on cross functional product development projects, partnering with software and hardware engineering teams to translate clinical workflows into product features.
. Support early phase product development through pre-commercialisation, including contributing to SOP development and validation testing.
. Respond to clinical queries from customers, clients, and distributors with clinically sound, well referenced guidance.
. Contributeto SOPs, user education materials, and clinical training documentation for EPIC Medical's medical devices and equipment.
WhoWe're Looking For
. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
. Registered pharmacist (preferred)
. At least 5 years of experience in hospital or compounding pharmacy, with aseptic and sterile compounding exposure
. Familiar with USP 797 and 800 , EU GMP Annex 1, and PIC/S guidelines governing aseptic and hazardous drug compounding
. Passionate about healthcare innovation, automation, and improving patient safety
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines
. Comfortable presenting technical and clinical content to external stakeholders, including live product demonstrations
. Willing to travel regionally to support installations, at approximately 10 to 15% of working time
IdealCandidate Experience (Not Required)
. Experience in oncology pharmacy compounding
. Prior experience in a client facing or field based clinical role, such as medicaldevice, health IT, or pharmacy automation
. Project management or Agile PM exposure
. Experience supporting product rollouts or clinical practice across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
