Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and screenings for patients
- Provide individual and group therapy for patients with mental health and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
- Support development and delivery of mental health programmes within the organisation
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Design and conduct training for healthcare professionals to enhance service quality
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records
- Support coordination of psychology services across different clinic locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical or Counselling)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in outpatient or healthcare setting
- Registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists is preferred
- Strong therapeutic and assessment skills
- Interest in primary care and chronic disease management
