Job Responsibilities:
- Manage cardiovascular medication therapies, including review, dispensing, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with current cardiology guidelines and best practices for safe and effective medication use
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and lifestyle guidance
- Conduct medication reviews and support training for healthcare staff to enhance clinical knowledge and reduce dispensing errors
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient safety and clinical outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's in Pharmacy or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience
- Registered Pharmacist with the relevant professional council
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management is an advantage
