About: Nightingale Pediatrics is a next-generation smart clinic delivering exceptional mental healthcare for every family. We are spearheading a few innovative initiatives with schools and insurers this year, and seeking a high-ability, high-EQ intern to drive partner and patient operations.
Partner (schools and insurers) operations:
- Create content (podcasts, training decks, and sales collaterals) with our team's guidance
- Coordinate and facilitate trainings for parents, teachers, doctors, and HR leaders
- Respond to partner enquiries on time
Patient operations:
- Coordinate and facilitate screenings, tele-assessments, and consultations
- Ensure patient workflows are operational and smooth
- Complete claims reporting on time
Requirements:
- Only undergrads in psychology
- Strong academic performance
Preferred requirements:
- Dean's list or magna cum laude
- Missions school alumni
- Did overseas exchange or have studied abroad
Benefits (30 hours per week for 6 months):
