Explain proposed dental treatments clearly to patients (e.g. implants, surgery, restorative care)
Support dentists in presenting treatment plans and addressing patient concerns
Guide patients through the full treatment journey (pre, during, post)
Improve patient confidence and conversion rates
Standardise treatment protocols and patient communication across clinics
Work with clinic teams to improve workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Ensure proper documentation and case coordination
Oversee MediSave / insurance / claims processes to ensure accuracy
Reduce claim rejections and improve turnaround time
Audit billing practices and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Liaise with front desk and finance teams on documentation requirements
Conduct internal audits on case documentation and SOP adherence
Identify gaps in operations and recommend improvements
Support risk management and medico-legal compliance
Train front desk and coordinators on treatment explanation and case handling
Support onboarding of new staff in patient communication standards
Work closely with dentists and management to align clinical and operational goals
Degree in Dentistry (e.g. BDS or equivalent)
Minimum 5-8 years of dental clinical or healthcare experience
Experience in healthcare administration, claims, or insurance is a strong advantage
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Good understanding of dental procedures and treatment planning
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a non-clinical role (no hands-on treatment)
Experience in clinic operations or practice management
Familiarity with MediSave / CHAS / insurance claims processes
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and medico-legal frameworks
Ability to analyse data and improve operational performance
Higher treatment acceptance rates

Stronger SOP consistency across clinics
