As a Clinical Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for the effective management of assigned clinical service points across the continuum of care.

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned clinical service points, including front counter services and administrative support functions.

• Develop and implement innovative initiatives to improve service quality and enhance the patient experience.

• Support the planning and rollout of new services.

• Foster staff engagement and performance through regular communication, feedback, and development initiatives.

• Facilitate timely dissemination of information, escalate operational issues, and propose practical solutions.

• Contribute to institution-wide initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Min degree or equivalent

• At least 1 year of working experience in healthcare preferred.
