Clinical Nurse / Private Nursing

Job Description:

• Conduct home visits and nursing assessment
• Perform nursing procedures and assessment.
• Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement patient care plans as part of a team.
• Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
• ADLs
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assisting the Doctor as needed.
• Provide Caregiver Training.
• Provide Private Shift Nursing at Home
• Conduct peritoneal dialysis training in hospitals and at home.
• Call centre manning.
• 12hrs shift nursing (8am-8pm/8pm-8am)- in the midst of transitioning

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• EN/SN onwards
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in acute hospitals.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience with dialysis machine operation is a bonus, but not necessary.

Terms:

• Training will be provided.
• 44 hours work week.
• 13th Month
