We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Instructor to train and develop our nursing staff and students, ensuring high standards of patient care and competency across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practices, delivering training programs, and supporting ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training programs for nursing staff.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and assist Nurse Managers in competency assessments.
- Establish an optimal clinical learning environment and preceptorship programs for new staff.
- Coordinate and organize training activities to strengthen generic and specialty nursing practices.
- Act as a clinical resource for Nurse Managers, advising on training and standards of care.
- Develop and conduct hospital-based training programs in line with MOH requirements.
- Provide training and education for non-nursing staff and volunteers as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education preferred).
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Several years of clinical care experience.
- Clinical Instructor Certificate or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
