The Mission
The traditional pediatric assessment model in Singapore is broken, leaving anxious parents stuck on 6-month waitlists. Nightingale Pediatrics is fixing this with engineering, not more human labor. We are a tech-enabled psychology clinic using AI and longitudinal analytics to scale assessments.
The Role
You will not be a receptionist. Instead, you will drive our screening protocol using automation and AI with our Senior Consultants.
- Conduct intake calls with parents.
- Administer screening tests and generate high-quality reports.
- Review findings with parents.
- Flag high-risk cases to our Senior Consultants.
Requirements
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking final year Bachelor of Psychology undergraduates who have professional training in assessments.
- You must have completed either of these university modules - NUS: PL4201 (Psychometrics) and PL4218 (Assessment), NTU: HP3804 (Psychological Testing), SMU: PSYC424 (Psychometrics and Psychological Testing), SUSS: PSY453 andPSY533 AND
- You must have hands-on experience administering a screening test, OR
- You have prior experience being directly supervised by a senior clinician on testing protocols.
- You are comfortable speaking directly with stressed or anxious parents, maintaining a calm, empathetic, and highly professional demeanor.
- You are a power user of AI tools.
